The most appropriate seasons to conduct the Annapurna Circuit Trek are spring and autumn, as they involve more stable trekking conditions and better visibility of the mountain landscape. 1. Spring (March – May): One of the most appropriate seasons to make this trip is the spring season. Lower parts of the route become more green, while in some places rhododendron forests are blooming. 1. Steep ascents and descents, rocky paths, stone steps, and mountain trails.
  2. Maintain a steady walking pace rather than trying to hike too quickly.

  4.  Prepare yourself for the trip with the help of hiking, walking, and stair climbing workouts.
  5. Build your endurance before beginning the trek.

  12. Get enough rest during trekking days to conserve your energy for the higher sections.
  13. Be prepared to start the pass crossing before sunrise.
  14. It is important that you ensure that there is adequate clothing and layers since there will be a variation in temperatures along this route.
